Installation steps flow:

1. Strip the outer sheath and shielding layer of the cable, and cut about 15mm along the circumference of the outer sheath;

2. Pass the cable out of the cable waterproof connector, remove the outer sheath, and laminate the shielding layer on the shielding cone surface;

3. The shielding ring compresses the shielding layer;

4. Put in the connector body, tighten the nut, and the installation is complete.

Product performance:

It is mainly used to clamp the cable protection cable when the cable enters and exits the distribution cabinet. When using it, it is necessary to open a hole on the outside of the box, install the cable gland, and the incoming cable locks the cable and the lock nut. It is a cable and a cable gland. It is closely connected with the box body, and if the connection method is proper, it can fully meet the requirements of the protection level of IP68.

Precautions

1. After the explosion-proof armored gland head is screwed in, if it is necessary to prevent loosening, please use the lock nut to lock the stuffing box and the device.

2. After the grating head is evenly mixed, fill it with the gap between the conductive core wires and around the core wires, leaving no gaps.

3. The shell of explosion-proof armored glans can be passivated by electroplating to prevent corrosion.
